    The British Game Season is upon us. To celebrate the season, our talented Head Chef, Mark Reid, has created a signature dish which highlights the best of British game. Throughout September, enjoy a warming dish of Wood Pigeon with Yorkshire toast, and bramble jus, expertly paired with a glass of Jean-Paul Brun, “Le Ronsay”, Beaujolais.

    Beaujolais superstar Jean-Paul Brun has been making organic Beaujolais since the 1970s and this explosively aromatic and brilliant red comes from the vines that surround the house in which he grew up and still lives today. Hard to come by, his wines have become objects of obsession for wine enthusiasts worldwide and pair beautifully with British game.
