    To welcome the arrival of the British asparagus season, Brumus Bar & Restaurant will celebrate with a promotion dedicated to the delicacy throughout May.

    Enjoy asparagus served three ways, alongside two chilled glasses of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee MV for £35. 

    Delicious green asparagus dishes include, grilled asparagus with caviar beurre blanc, raw shaved asparagus with pickled shallots, soft boiled quail egg and onion seeds, alongside sautéed asparagus with miso butter, topped with puffed wild rice
