Welcome the New Year in style with a delicious three-course dinner and live jazz music in Brumus Bar & Restaurant at Haymarket Hotel.

Raise a toast with a glass of Pierre Mignon Champagne accompanied by Parmesan gougères as an evening of celebration begins. Enjoy a seasonal menu with delicious dishes including lobster thermidor tart with chive dressing, followed by venison Wellington with braised red cabbage as well as extra special vegetarian choices including pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with brown butter and sage. A Champagne and thyme sorbet will be served, all before you choose an indulgent dessert including buttermilk panna cotta with spiced quince. Relax as your feast concludes with coffee, tea and petit fours and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Brumus Bar as you celebrate in style with live jazz music from Georgia Chanel & Joe Guy.
