Kick start the new year with our all new vegan menu at Brasserie Max, with delicious seasonal dishes including quinoa with maple glazed root vegetables, pecans, crispy kale and yoghurt. A range of cold press juices are also available to enjoy alongside your meal.

VEGAN MENU

STARTERS
• Spinach, borlotti and red bean soup
• Heritage beetroot, roasted hazelnuts, watercress, balsamic vinegar reduction (gf)
• Roast Jerusalem artichokes, wild mushrooms, truffle salsa (gf)

MAINS
• Quinoa, maple glazed root vegetables, pecans,
crispy kale, yoghurt (gf)
• Tofu katsu curry, nasi goreng, lime and coriander, coconut
• Pearl barley risotto, butternut squash and cavolo nero

DESSERTS
• Mango, avocado and banana mousse (gf)
• Warm spiced Moroccan fruits, vanilla sorbet (gf)
• Vegan cheeses, apple and celery relish
