    Spoil the one you love this Valentine's Day with an indulgent three-course dinner at Brasserie Max to mark the occasion.

    Commence the evening with a chilled glass of Bollinger Brut Rosé NV accompanied by our chef's selection of canapés. Savour seasonal dishes including Champagne poached lobster with avocado and cherry tomato salad to start, followed by Parma ham wrapped cod with butterbean and parsley cassoulet, ending on an indulgent apple tarte Tatin with salted caramel ice cream.
