Brasserie Max will be celebrating the arrival of spring with a new menu of unique seasonal cocktails with St Germain. Enjoy an aperitif in the sun with refreshing new cocktails such as Di Violet created with Bombay Sapphire gin, St Germain, lemon juice, Maraschino soda and garnished with edible flowers, celebrating the spring blooms.
Brasserie Max's Terrace will also be adorned with a fresh flowers and a floral garland to welcome the season.
