AN INTRODUCTION TO WINE

10am - 5pm 

The one day course provides a basic introduction to the main varieties of grapes. Participants will have the opportunity to taste a wide selection of wine to learn about wine styles, their characteristics and food pairing. Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive a Level 1 Award in Wine, accredited by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

LOOKING BEHIND THE LABEL

Starting Tuesday 26th March, continuing every Tuesday evening 6-8pm for nine weeks.

The nine week course is a comprehensive introduction to wine for beginners. Every week participants will have the opportunity to taste and learn about different wine styles and key grape varieties, from chardonnay and sauvignon blanc to merlot and pinot noir. On the final week participants will enjoy a champagne and canapé reception.
