Herradura Reposado tequila and rich morello cherry liqueur is given a smokey finish with Lapsang Souchong syrup and Laphroaig 10 year old single malt. Served with or without a Cornish smoked salt rim

Blackberry Liqueur, fresh blackberries and pear purée is strengthened with Bombay Sapphire gin, and given a zesty kick with fresh lemon juice

Haymarket Cosmo
Finlandia vodka with Luxardo Limoncello give a dominant citrusy tang, along with pomegranate juice. More robust than the traditional Cosmopolitan

Turkish Old Fashioned
Rose syrup and Makers Mark bourbon come together with a Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur, over ice, with a dash of both chocolate and herbaceous Angostura bitters

Negroni Snowball
Bombay Sapphire gin with complex Carpano Antica Formula: Italian sweet vermouth. Topped with a scoop of our own bitingly bitter Campari sorbet

A secret blend of botanicals is used to infuse our own Indian tonic essence. Stirred with premium juniper led Tanqueray gin and a lime twist
