We have screening rooms at The Soho Hotel, Covent Garden Hotel and Charlotte Street Hotel that are ideal for holding seminars.

All of our screening rooms offer state-of-the-art presentation facilities. They can accommodate a maximum of 100 delegates and there are adjacent rooms available where refreshments can be served throughout the day.

Costs are from £80 per person. The rate includes full hire of the screening Room and includes a lecturn and microphone,  a projectionist on hand throughout the day to assist with the presentation and a private room from 9am to 5pm for breaks and refreshments.

At the Haymarket Hotel we have private rooms that can also be used for seminars with the insallation of a plasma screen. The rate includes the hire of a private Room from 9am to 5pm and a plasma screen for presentations.
