The gym is complimentary to all hotel guests and is accessible 24 hours a day. It has the very latest life fitness resistance, aerobic machines and a power plate as well as an extensive range of free weights, and a full-sized punch bag with various swiss, stability and medicine balls thrown in for good measure. Soholistic Beauty opening times are Monday to Thursday 10am - 8pm, Friday, Saturday and Sundays 10am - 7pm.
