SPECIAL TEAS

Green Jasmine Flower Blossom £6.50
A delicate green tea scented with jasmine that slowly blossoms into a jasmine flower when infused in water.

Green Leaf £6.00
This whole leaf tea is one of the highest quality green tea available and subsequently one of the most delicious.
You will notice the difference as the whole leaves unfurl to release their clean, refreshing taste.

Jasmine Silver Tip £6.00
The silver needles are carefully mixed by hand with fresh jasmine flowers. At an exact temperature and humidity the jasmine flowers give off their fragrance while the silver tips are able to absorb the jasmine's scent.

White Silver Tip £6.50
Also known as Silver Needle, this exceptionally pure and natural tea undergoes the least processing of all teas
retaining the most health giving qualities.

Oolong    £6.00
Oolong is best described as being halfway between green and black tea. The leaves are repeatedly rubbed in order to improve the texture and flavour of the tea before being dried over charcoal. We have carefully selected this exemplary tea for it's incredible flavour.

Wild Rooibos £6.00
This rooibos (red bush) is from the Cedarburg Mountains in South Africa. Rather than being farmed as a mono-culture it is harvested wild where it is both an indigenous and sustainable. Where this bush-tea grows leopard's roam. The taste is simply beautiful and incomparable .

LOOSE LEAF TEAS

A black tea considered to be the champagne of teas, this autumn harvest tea has a delicate character coupled with the delicate flavour of the Muscatel grape.

Assam
Grown in the Brahmaputra Valley of North East India Assam brews a burgundy-red cup with a rich aroma and strong malted taste.

Lady Grey
Lady Grey is a sumptuous blend of bergamot, lemon and orange with a light citrus flavour and a pale golden colour.

Rooibos
An African red tea with subtle caramel notes. Grown exclusively in the Cedarberg region of South Africa, this naturally sweet tea is often attributed with being caffeine free and lower in tannins than most teas.

Lapsang Souchong
Carefully withered and dried over fragrant pinewood fire this tea, originally from the Fujian province of China, is famous for its smoky fragrance and malty flavour.
