Men's Facial for All Skin Types
This facial is perfect to revive, refresh, and invigorate. Your skin will be revitalised with one of our special scrub masks and aching neck muscles will be massaged, worry lines erased and headaches soothed.

The Crème de la Crème of Facials
This stunning treatment is a serious celebration for the skin, with ingredients including Champagne, silk, diamonds, gold and, of course, black truffles. Highly unique elements include techniques to reveal fresher skin, a warm melting mask to help iron out wrinkles, a specialist lifting massage to strengthen and tone and an iced blend to reduce puffiness. Followed by an application of Temple Spa's award winning 'cult' product, Skin Truffle, this facial will leave you looking radiant and more youthful. Leg and Foot Energiser
This oh-so-good treatment provides instant relief for tired, over worked limbs. It begins with skin brushing to help eliminate excess fluids, followed by our Mediterranean scrub, a warm oil massage that will leave you tingling and finally a friction tap.

Go Figure - £80 | 60 minutes
A Firming, Toning, Tightening Body Detox Treatment
If you need a bit of help with your wobbly bits then this is the one for you. Your treatment begins with brushing and sloughing movements to stimulate lymphatic flow. Hips, thighs and abs are treated to a detoxifying massage using targeted techniques, followed by an intensive marine and earth mud wrap to continue the good work. Finally, a friction rub with Go Figure anti-cellulite gel completes the treatment. You will feel invigorated and clothes should be that bit looser.

Back Massage, Leg Treatment, Face Exfoliation and Scalp Massage
A great treatment for when your confidence needs a boost or when your muscles just need a hug. The treatment begins with an energising back massage using our Dream Stones, followed by a rebalancing reflex zone massage and a reassuring scalp massage. This is completed with one of our exfoliating face masks, removed with steam towels infused with an uplifting aroma.

Foot Ritual, Back Massage, Face Mask and Scalp Massage
Give yourself a treat with this nurturing therapy that will leave you feeling comforted and peaceful, using rose based preparations noted for their ability to help soothe frazzled nerves. We start off with a wonderful foot ritual where we soak, exfoliate and treat the feet, followed by massaging away areas of tension and stress in the back, neck and shoulders. This is all rounded off with a face mask of your choice and relaxing scalp massage.

Pregnancy Massage
You will enjoy a full body massage without the need to lie on your stomach. Our specially trained therapists know exactly how to work those sore, tired muscles while you feel completely comfortable and relaxed.

Acupuncture - £75 | 60 minutes
Acupuncture is the time tested therapy that has been practised in the Far East for thousands of years. The philosophy behind the treatment is that energy lines or meridians circulate around the body. These meridians contain our energy flow or 'qi'. It is when this qi is impaired through the body that imbalance and illness occurs. With the insertion of fine needles at various points on the meridian, the energy can be moved or redirected to where it is needed most. In this way the body's balance can be restored and ailments resolved.

Shiatsu is the Japanese word for 'finger pressure'. It is a treatment that uses the power of touch and is a combination of hand pressure and manipulative techniques to adjust the body's physical structure and its natural energies. Please wear loose clothing for your treatment.

If you are serious about detoxing, then this is the one for you.
We have put together the perfect combination to cleanse and detoxify. We begin by exfoliating the whole body from top to toe and just as you would expect the hips, thighs and abs are treated to a detoxifying massage using targeted techniques, followed by a stimulating marine and earth mud wrap. We finish with an invigorating and energising full body massage using lymphatic drainage techniques, to leave you thoroughly rejuvenated and supported in your quest to get in shape.

A manicure or pedicure that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails (Treatment rooms only)
This treatment can last up to three weeks, depending on your lifestyle. Applied onto a prepared nail, the Bio Sculpture Gel cures under UVA light, leaving nails strong, but still flexible. Available in a selection of colours.

Please note a soak off treatment of previous Bio Sculpture Gel or other products will require an additional 15 minutes.
