The gym is complimentary for all hotel guests and is accessible 24 hours a day. It has the very latest life fitness resistance and aerobic machines as well as a range of free weights, with Swiss and medicine balls thrown in for good measure.

Soholistic Beauty opening times are Monday to Thursday 10am - 8pm, Friday, Saturday and Sundays 10am - 7pm. We are open 7 days a week and offer late evening appointments which are subject to availability

In Room Treatment
For your convenience, mobile therapists are able to do a treatment in the comfort of

your room for an additional charge of £20.00 and £40.00 from 8pm.

Cancellations Policy
Should you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any non-arrivals or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full amount.
