Firmdale Hotels has won the prestigious 2009 QUEEN'S AWARD for Enterprise for the third time. It was celebrated in lavish style with a reception at Buckingham Palace hosted by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh. Angela Mannerson and Valdi Lipniacki (pictured) represented Firmdale Hotels. Meanwhile Carrie Wicks, Firmdale's Director of Operations won the 2009 Catey Award for MANAGER OF THE YEAR and the groups People Development & Training team won the Springboard Award for EXCELLENCE IN HUMAN RESOUCES with HR in Hospitality.
