The Ham Yard hotel project is a three quarter acre site situated in London's Soho just behind Piccadilly Circus.  It will have 90 bedrooms and suites, 25 apartments, 12 retail stores, bar, restaurant, gym and spa.  There will be a 120 seat theatre/cinema, several private event spaces as well as a 4 lane bowling alley come night club.  The project will breathe life into what was previously a deserted site for 40 years. Firmdale is working with the architects Woods Bagot. Kit Kemp is designing all interiors for the project.
