The HAM YARD hotel project is a three quarter acre site situated in London's Soho just behind Piccadilly Circus. When completed it will have 90 bedrooms and suites, 24 apartments, 12 retail stores, bar, restaurant, gym and spa. There will be a 175 seat theatre/cinema, several exclusive private event spaces as well as a 4 lane bowling alley. The project will breathe life into this site which has been vacant for over 40 years. Firmdale Hotels is working with the architects Woods Bagot. Kit Kemp is designing the interior.
