Two mysterious women seek refuge in a run-down coastal resort. Clara meets lonely Noel, who provides shelter in his deserted guesthouse, Byzantium. JUNE 30 - OBLIVION

Science fiction film based on Joseph Kosinski's Radical Comics starring Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman and Olga Kurylenko. On a spectacular future Earth that has evolved beyond recognition, one man's confrontation with the past will lead him on a journey of redemption and discovery as he battles to save mankind.

JULY 7 - MUD
This homage to the great American novel is directed by Jeff Nichols and stars Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon. Boat-dweller Mud's past is as murky as the Mississippi that swirls around him. When 14-year-olds Ellis and Neckbone venture onto his island, the trio's surprise encounter drags them all into a strange world of bounty hunters and unrequited love.

 

 

 

 

 

SUNDAY NIGHT FILM CLUB

It is a 'club' in name only and is open to hotel guests and members of the public. The concept is very simple - Dinner and movie for $55 per person OR cocktail, bar plate and movie for $35 per person. Dinner is chosen from a 3 course set menu. The movie is screened in the hotel's sumptuous 99 seat state-of-the-art cinema at 8pm. Dinner and Cocktails are served beforehand in The Crosby Bar. Each week a different film is shown ranging from a recent release to a classic. There will also be a short film screened beforehand.
